I’m Nicole Rose Gallagher—or NRG, if you like things with momentum.

I’m a Creative Designer who believes materials and design should do more than just look good—they should carry meaning, endure the journey, and leave the world a little better.

With a BFA in Industrial Design and a hands-on background in welding and fabrication, I’ve always approached materials from the inside out. To me, it’s not just about how something looks or feels—it’s about how it’s made, how it wears, and how it shapes experience over time. My work bridges craftsmanship and strategy, blending tactile design with future-focused thinking.

Whether I’m building a CMF library or defining a finish that captures a brand’s soul, my goal is to create materials and products that invite interaction and speak with honesty.

Outside the studio, I train in martial arts, stay connected to nature, and draw constant inspiration from history, travel, and the rhythms of my life.

A life-altering moment in 2020 reshaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to resilient, human-centered design. I bring that same clarity and curiosity into every challenge I take on.
